How can I connect my Huawei to my Netgear wifi?

Depends on the model. Usually you'd ask the little Spanish guy that lives in the box with the phone called Manuel.

You should be able to find the settings > WiFi option, then select your signal, enter your password, and you're connected.

I don't know the password though. If I call the Netgear company they should give me the password, right?

No, the wifi password you pick when you setup the wifi settings in the router, Netgear has no way of knowing that that may be. If you don't know the password to logon to the router to get to that, the default password is in the manual. If you changed it, you need to reset the router to set it back to defaults.

You may want to add details to your post from the start so people are not going back and forth before finding out what the problem is.
