Connect Toshiba TV to antenna without remote

How do I get my Toshiba TV to scan for antenna channels. I don't have the original remote I bought a universal remote but it won't bring up the menu

If there are buttons on the TV to do that you will need a replacement original remote or a Logitech Harmony universal remote that will have all the functions of the original one in their online database.
