Connect Vizio soundbar to LG TV

I have the fiber optic cable connected to the TV and the sound bar but do not have any sound. Bluetooth devices will play through the speakers. I have a DVD player and a
Dish receiver connected to the TV.

Did you change the TV options to use the audio output?
