connecting Desktop and laptop to 2 monitors through Dell Docking station

I have a desktop . The desktop is connected to a monitor. Now I got a 2nd monitor. I use the 2nd monitor to extend the displays. I have also got Dell 3100 universal docking station and a laptop. Is there a way to connect the desktop with 2 monitors and laptop so that monitors can be used either for laptop or desktop. OR is there any other suggestion.
