connecting my ipad to my ps3 using the hdmi cable and the tv out for the ipad...is it possible??

i want to connect my ps3 to my ipad with the hdmi cord and the ipad tv-out cord for using it on the go....is it possible? will it affect my ipad in any manner? is it worth even trying once??

What? Both device only OUTPUT, neither has an input. Trying to connect them together could result in damage. It's like plugging one wall socket into another. both OUTPUTS.

Can you plug both into your TV. Yes. Not into each other though.
