Yes, but My TV only has the ARC port and 1 HDMI. I need to connect the laptop and the IPTV also to the soundbar.So I would think the ARC connection will cover that, along with the TV.

You could connect your laptop headphones/speaker out port to the AUX port on the soundbar.
