connection to server lost youtube

i am having problems with youtube I keep getting a message saying connection to server lost, tap to retry. I have tried several fixes from online but none work.

Have you tried uninstalling youtube from the tablet (if you are connecting through the app), reboot the tablet and then reinstalling the app?

Hi yes I have tried everything from your solution to many solutions on line

Are other connections to the internet working fine? And are you able to access youtube through the browser on the tablet?

Hi yes the Internet is working fine and no YouTube does not work through the browser

When you uninstalled the app, rebooted and reinstalled it... you did remove the app completely from the tablet and then re-download the app right?

Are other devices able to access youtube via the same WiFi connection?

hi, yes i did it correctly and the youtube is working the same on other laptops

Hmm.. it is very odd that it is only that one app/site. I am at a loss.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
