constant sound buzzing

I hear a constant soundbuzzing in my headset and speakers, i've put my tower in a separate plug but it hasn't chnged, if i put the sound in certain settings i stops but only when there is no other sound, when i play sound it pops up in the background again. What is this?

That is interference, where do you insert you headphones? Try the difference if you use front or rear output

I have tried all of them already (its a usb headset btw)
