Question Continuous buzzing / beep sound from headset

I am using a USB adaptor to connect my headset to my PC because my PC somehow burns(?) my wires and i have to replace my headsets often... So i cannot stop using the USB adaptor...
I got a new USB adaptor and when i connect my headset there is a continuous buzzing / beep sound coming from it. I need help to stop it. It happens 99% of the time and when it doesn't it appears a few seconds after.
Please help fast!
