is there any tv or controllers i can use my voice to control a tv? i have ALS have little use of my hands anymore

It's possible to use an Logitech Harmony remote with an Amazon Alexa Dot to give you at least some voice control.

They also have a phone app that may be easier to use than a traditional hard button remote. You would use voice, phone and hard remotes in combination with the Logitech stuff.
You could also use the Savant Pro Remote

Both could be used for more extensive smart home features that might be great for you. The Savant may require a custom installer to get the most flexible use out of it.
