converting desktop internet as wifi hotspot

i would like to convert my desktop internet as wifi hotspot with or without wifi USB adaptor so that i can use my laptop and androids

I don't exactly know what you mean. Is your computer connected through a LAN cable? Than all you need to do is buy a router. Put the cable from your computer in the router. And there you go.
