Core i5: 460M vs 560M

According to the ARK site, the 560 has the following:

* Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d)
* Intel® Trusted Execution Technology
* AES New Instructions

Aside from the slight increase in clock speed, do any of these things really matter for normal use?

the difference is much a/c to 60$ more. 560m is performing same like i7 720qm in most games. But in quad optimized applications 720qm is a winner

Max Turbo Boost: 2.8GHz
Cache: 3 MB
Graphics: Integrated Intel HD

Core i5-560M:
Max Turbo Boost: 3.2GHz
Cache: 3 MB
Graphics: Integrated Intel HD

Frankly the difference, seems to be the turbo-boost only and you want that extra 400MHz in the i5-560M. They both offer VT-x which is good for Virtual PC (in case you want to emulate Windows XP or some other OS) . The VT-d is an extension aimed at giving more performance to the virtual machine instance.
