Could I run The Witcher 3 on this laptop?

So here are my specs

i7-4720 @ 2.6 GHz CPU
12GB RAM
NVIDIA Geforce 950m

Can I run The Witcher 3? I went ahead and checked on system requirements lab and it says mine doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for Witcher 3, which I kind of find odd since I can play Dark Souls II DX11 edition on maxed settings at 60fps, and The Evil Within as well if I recall correctly...
