Couldnt log in to my laptop and it says couldnt connect to the group policy service? And consult to the system administrator. So how do ii do this?

If this is a work laptop, you will need to contact your office's technical support team and let them know you are unable to connect to the domain. If this is your personal laptop, then you are the system administrator and you will need to determine why you've implemented a group policy in the first place.
