Question CPU POWER LIMIT in Bios

I came across CPU POWER LIMIT in Bios on my Omen 15 (2018). Does it make a difference if i change values from either 20, 25, 30, 35?

Not sure of more, the default is 45w. So it should be less, so will using less, like 30w be of any advantage or will it rather affect the performance?
