I have an Omen 17-w103np. Today I turned my laptop on and the laptop wasn’t charging. I tried unplugging and plug-in the power cable, and it started charging for 10 or so seconds and then it stopped working again. After countless restarts, I still had the same issue. Saw online someone who said they fixed the problem by uninstalling the drivers, disconnecting the battery, connecting it back up and turning on the pc. I did that ( which took a long time because it’s difficult to take the battery out) and the problem seemed to be fixed. I tried to play a game and I was getting 10 FPS on a game where I normally have 80-100fps. I checked my CPU and instead of running at 3,1Ghz it was locked at 0,8Ghz. After rebooting, and trying to check the bios, the old problem reappeared and it doesn’t connect to the power.
Does anyone know how to fix these issues?
