Crackling sound from headphones

Hello

I removed my HD radeon 5570 card from the mobo recently. The problem started from then. A crackling sound can be heard from the speakers when loading pages, scrolling, and even refreshing on desktop...I thought there was some driver conflict first. So I used DDU to remove old amd drivers. But the prob still persists. Not an issue with my speakers as I tried other speakers too and the crackling came through it too. Please help?

OKAY guys I changed the windows theme to basic and the problem is solved!!! No one answered it but thanks anyway. Will any admin please close this post?
