I'd rather know that my pacemaker (if I ever need one) is not compromised then to find out when someone sends malicious instructions to it and I end up dead.
So, security should always outweigh privacy in the real world.
What we REALLY need are laws that make it illegal to discriminate against someone because of medical conditions, no matter what they are.
