Solved! Dc power jack

When I plug in my power cord to the power jack it's loose and get no connection. I took it apart and removed the DC power jack from the case and plugged the power cord in and I get power. I'm going to buy a new dc power cord off ebay.will any Toshiba dc power jack be compatible with a Toshiba satellite c655

Have a bad dc power jack on a Toshiba satellite c655. What other dc power Jack's are compatible with my model

I would stick with the actual port that is for that specific device. No alternates.
