DDR3L or DDR4

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a laptop. I filtered them down to 2 laptops:

1:
- i5 6200U
- 8GB DDR3L
- SSHD 1TB
- GT940M
- IPS
- 1Gbps / 802.11ac, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n
(lighted keys)

Q4 2015

2:
- i5 6200U
- 8GB DDR4
- HDD 1TB
- Intel 520
- LED
- 100Mbs / 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n

Q3 2016

So the older one realy seems to have a lot more pro's. 940M, SSHD, lighted keys, faster cable connection and faster wireless connection. But has DDR3L and (less??) just an older laptop.
Price is the same.

Please help me out here.
