I am deciding which one of the following to purchase the price is irrelevant between them as its few £.

First one is Lenovo y700 and is as follows:

Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4Gb dedicated graphics
16Gb RAM
17.3 inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080)
256Gb Solid State Drive

Second is Asus ROG GL552 and is as follows:

Intel Core i7 (6th Gen) 6700HQ / 2.6 GHz ( 3.5 GHz ) / 6 MB Cache
8 GB DDR4
256 GB - M.2 SSD + 1 TB HDD
15.6" LED backlight 1920 x 1080
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

Lastly is MSI Gaming GP62 and is as follows:

Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ processor
15.6 inch Full HD LCD display (1920 x 1080)
16Gb RAM DDR4-2133
1Tb (1000Gb) hard drive storage with 128Gb SSD
NVIDIA GeForce 960M 2Gb GDDR5 graphics

I was more curious as to whether the build quality of certain ones or if the non specified parts are of a higher standard for a specific manufacturer, anyways thanks in advance for any help with this.

Personally, I prefer Asus or MSI. My friend owns a weaker MSI, with an i5 and a gtx 950m and it's a pretty solid laptop. Again, from a personal standpoint, I would go for the MSI one, those juicy 16GB of ram can't be ignored 😛

Cheers I was thinking down those lines myself as I have a lot of msi inside my pc build and find their quality top notch.
