Decent gaming laptop for 700$

Hey guys. I'm new to this community and i just want to ask if any of you know a decent gaming laptop for 700 us dollars or less. the games i want to play on it are far cry 3, mw3, nfs:mw(2012) and skyrim, bf3 at medium settings. preferably a laptop that would play games that will be released in the upcoming years at low or medium settings and will last about 3 years.

my preferred specs are:
intel i5-3210M
at least 4 gigs of RAM
nvidia geforce gt 630 or 730 if possibe
and nothing less than 500gig of hdd
at least 15 inches screen
