Decent picture viewer

Hi I was hoping someone could recommend a decent picture viewer. It doesn't need loads of features just 1) Full screen with ability to cycle next and previous. 2) Ability to zoom in and scroll (to relevant part of pic when zoomed) whilst in full screen.

I own a ps3 and I find the picture viewer for it perfect for my needs, so something similar for windows would be great.

Thank you very much. I had already tried the fullscreen viewer but it didn't have a zoom function (or if it did I was too stupid to find it). But the Alsee viewer was exactly what I had in mind. At first I was a little disappointed when it appeared to not be free but they have the activation keys on the site as they won't be continuing support (I'm sure you knew that but maybe someone else will read this and it will save them any confusion).
