Deciding for Gaming Laptop Under $1000

I want a laptop that can run games like LoL and csgo and do regular stuff (surfing the web, word, etc.)

Been looking around and I boiled it down to two choices:

The second computer is cheaper than the first one, so I was wondering if there was a huge difference in the performance of these computers.

Or maybe there might be a better gaming laptop under 1000 that I don't know about?
Looking mainly for
1. Cheaper laptops with similar or very slightly worse performance
2. 2-4 GB of graphic card
3. 8-16 GB RAM
4. GTX 960M or better
5. Intel i7 4710HQ or better

$800 for a system with a 960m video card is pretty good.
