Need help deciding between either lenovo y40 $799 or z40 $599. I'm at AIT and would use it for studying and during free time play games/ watch movies. I will be using it for college afterwards. Also would like a recommendation for a decent mouse that's not to expensive.

The Y40 is the faster system.
The M275 is faster than the 820m. The 275m has 128 bit Gddr 5 compared to the 64-bit gddr3 of the 820m, the 275m also has 640 shader cores vs the 280m's 96. The 275m is a middle range mobile card while the 820m is entry level.
