The free version does work after 30 days. It may lack all of the features provided during the first 30 days of install (like a pro version demo), but it does indeed work and will scan for and remove malware. This free version meets the needs of the vast number of users.

We need a little more to go on here. What problem are you trying to solve? What have you done up to this point to remove the malware? Have you scanned your system with an app like Malwarebytes?

malwarebytes is a good app, but not a free, after 30 days need to delete and clean registry to install again

It's unlikely to take 30 days to get rid of existing malware with it, and that's what the OP is asking for help with.
