I have passed this device on to someone and would like to remove my original user data and I cant seem to be able to do this.
Does anyone have a solution please????
Try "restore to factory settings" or "factory data reset"
On my 10.1 note it's in "Settings", "back up and reset"
(Mine is an original, not 2014 edition, so may be slightly different )
