is it possible to upgrade dell 1564 corei3 cpu to Core i 5 or Core i 7 ???

Hello and welcome to the forums
Upgrading to i7 is not possible,but you can use i5 430M on it(remember that upgrading the CPU by yourself voids the warranty)
