Have you tried holding down the fn key and tapping f6 at the same time?

If a function key has two dual purposes, one will be printed on the key in the same colour at the fn key has.
I have checked the shortcut key switch, the device is normal, I still reinstalled the driver and the system still does not work, I do not know why

  1. First enter the control panel-find the "mouse" option-enter the "mouse" option, find "ELAN" (without this option, indicating that our touchpad driver is not installed, you need to install the touchpad driver)- You can use fn+f6 to operate normally
  2. If it is still not easy to use the shortcut key to close, then we need to close it in the touchpad settings (also enter the control panel to find "ELAN"-select "stop device" check-close the touchpad)
