1. First enter the control panel-find the "mouse" option-enter the "mouse" option, find "ELAN" (without this option, indicating that our touchpad driver is not installed, you need to install the touchpad driver)- You can use fn+f6 to operate normally
2. If it is still not easy to use the shortcut key to close, then we need to close it in the touchpad settings (also enter the control panel to find "ELAN"-select "stop device" check-close the touchpad)
