I have an older Dell E6320. I had it booted with Lunix/Clonezilla from a USB, which may or may not be relevant! After finishing with Clonezilla and trying to boot back to Windows it froze at the BIOS screen. If I hit F2, it says it's gong into setup, but never does. If I hit F12 it says it's going into the boot menu but never does.
The progress bar under the Dell logo always goes all the way to the right, but then either stays on the logo screen indefinitely or it goes to a blank screen.
I've tried removing the hard drive, removing the memory, removing the CMOS battery, removing the main battery.
I can't help feeling something happened after the last Linux use. Does anybody have any tips on bringing this thing back to life before I consign it to the junk pile, please? Thanks.
