Question Dell e6420 SSD issue.

I have a Dell e6420 laptop and I want to install fresh windows 10. I put the SSD in the laptop (WD blue 500gb). I booted into the windows install USB but it can't see it. I restarted into the BIOS and it can not see it either. How do I get it to work. Any help?

I also have formatted it via USB in my old HDD windows 10 and still nothing
