my sister got new laptop she giving me the old one but screen is broken,
i need a new panel for the laptop
can i use any panel i want ?

No you can't just use any display you want. You would need to replace it with the original, as most others wouldn't work with the device. However, to find out if any other displays 'might' work in it, you would need to contact the manufacturer.
