I have Dell inspirion One2020 tried to do a factory reset.when I tried to reinstall it doesn' work,it goes to the purple scree that say install window I tried and it keep dong the same thing over again back to the purple screen
 
Are you trying to install it from a CD/DVD or a USB? Also, when that CD/DVD or USB was created, was it just copied over or was it burned onto it?
 
Ah, I see. Well then your problem may be Windows Secure Boot.

Some devices with Windows 8 have a UEFI BIOS which supports Microsoft secure boot process. It is to prevent certain types of malware (or so they say).

If you try to boot a non secure boot enabled OS you will first have to turn off that feature, before the BIOS will transfer control of the hardware to the OS. It is found in the UEFI BIOS.
