dell inspiron 3521 vs hp pavilion g6 2323sx

I want to buy a laptop for moderate gaming ( hitman absolution,MW3,gta IV) and studying and I am really confused between these two laptops :
1-dell inspiron 3521
core i5 3317u
AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1GB
750 gb HDD
6 gb ram

2-hp pavilion g6 2323sx
core i5 3230m
AMD Radeon HD 7670M 2GB
750 gb HDD
6 gb ram

** I really liked dell's build quality 😀

Generally I would choose HP one, 'cause its CPU is a standard version therefore has more power than the low-voltage i5-3317u one.

BTW, which country r u in and what's the price of these two? ('cause i haven't seen such dell laptop on its official website in US & Canada)

Apart from hp's CPU , will the 3317u CPU handle the games I mentioned well or not ?? (knowing that both have the same GPU) because I'm really concerned about build quality of the hp g6 series .
**I'm from Jordan (middle east) and these two laptops price almost the same (640$)

3317U can handle games, too. But compared with 3210m it has lower frequency so it won't do as well as the standard CPU.
