Dell inspiron 5555 and a8 7410 - Can I play GTA V?

I have a Dell inspiron 5555 amd a8 7410 laptop with r5 integrated 16 ram and 1 tb hdd . can i play gta5 and realted games like battlefield 4 ?

That seems kinda weak. Though, you might get around 30 fps on low settings.

Worse probably. I'm guessing around 10-20 on lowest which is kinda unplayable. I suggest you upgrade to a desktop or a new laptop if you'd like to play the newer games

Well thats a tough one, because most of the laptops below that price tag don't provide much power! Though your best deal would be something like an ACER Aspire V3-574G , which can run the game on medium/high with decent frames on it's GT 940M

Just search for a laptop with a 930M or above and you'll be okay I guess. Though I'd suggest you build a desktop if possible. You can build a pretty decent one for less than 500$. You can refer here

The 920m is somewhat close to the Intel HD 4400, and hence, kinda bad. Syndicate would run at 10-20fps on lowest @720p. At least that's what I predict.
