Solved! Dell Inspiron 7559 doesn't startup

when i press the power button, the laptop doesn't startup.
the Fans starts and stops immediately. i don't even see a Dell logo
What to do?

Do you use the correct charger?

Remove the battery and try booting only with the charger

remove the hard drive, try booting again

if more than one RAM is installed, use only one. Try all sticks separately in different slots.
