Hello, everyone im having one major problem with my Dell Insprion 15 laptop . When i get on the web cam for oovoo there is a bad noise in the back round . . it sounds like transforming kinda can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it .

It probably has to do with your mic. What kind of mic do you have? If you happen to have another mic sitting around, try that and see if the noise stops. If not, report back.
