Dell Laptop How to Stop the touchpad from scrolling over to different screens

HELP ME before I punch this laptop.

I cannot for the life of me disable this feature. I am working away and I use my touchpad to move around the screen and next second, I'm on a different page.

How the hell do I stop this?

I've tried the mouse settings. I'm running Windows 8 (which I hate).....

I'm about to smash this bloody laptop... it is happening every 30 seconds and its getting really frustrating. Thanks in advance.

In the Control Panel, go into mouse settings and there should be a ton of touchpad settings there, in which you can disable this feature.
