dell laptop wont turn on

My dell inspiron n5110 laptop doesn't turn on after shutdown. But it will on automatically after few hours if I plugged it. It working correctly untill I shutdown. It will on usually if I restart. Even it will on correctly after shutdown and on again. But if I try to on after few hours it wont turn on. Time also changes.

You'll need to get inside to access the CMOS battery - as far as this persons gets in 4:30 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdyFc2ZANzg the battery is a small watch-type battery (looks to be a CR2032 - available almost everywhere) - you'll want to replace that battery. It may cure all of your problem since that battery going bad can have all kinds of adverse effects on the laptop's operation.

Thanks for your support. I did change the battery recently. But it didn't work. I'll change the battery again. Thank you again for your support.

You might need to remove the motherboard to check this but, while inside, I'll suggest looking over the motherboard for any swollen or leaky capacitors (may cause the same symptoms)
