Question Dell monitor 2219hc

My Dell monitor 2219hc has half of the screen blurry and flickering green and pink lines. I tried everything, different computers, different cables, the monitor was factory reset and still the same. What could that be?

Could be simply a broken monitor since it does this on several computers. If it's in warranty contact Dell support, if not, replace it.
