Dell N5010 Upgrade

Hello.. guys i've Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 Laptop with specs.
Pros: i5 @ 2.5GHz M480
Ram: 4GB DDR3 (don't know about freq.)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 550v 1GB DDR3
HDD: 500GB @ 5200RPM
now i would like to upgrade my laptop from 4Gb to 8Gb here is what some ram i choose..

now i've heard lots of news about G.Skill or Corsair but CAS & Clock Freq. let me confuse again please suggest me which RAM is more Preferable..
and please also suggest about 128GB SSD..

i also checked crucial site which scan my system and show me some recommend with ram thats why i asked did above listed ram could be ok or not i'm gonna replace both two slot with with new one...

You'll have to get 2 new 4GB sticks if you want 8GB of RAM as your laptop only has 2 slots, both of which are already in use.

I would personally go with two sticks of option number 4.
