Dell studio wont charge

lap top will only work with ac adapter pluged in, will not charge battery, got new battery wont recognise it what next?

Did you get your battery from dell or 3rd party vendor? If you got it from dell, call them up and ask why the laptop isn't recognizing the battery they sent you. If you got it from 3rd party vendor contact them, they might have sold you an old battery.

Dell has become terrible I will say it again and again... I bought my computer laptop from them and my next computer will NOT be a dell
