dell venue 11 pro win 10 reset not responding

windows 10 nightmare - intermittent app crashes 2-3 minute + boot time. Decided to do reset. Stuck on preparing for over hour and half. Should I just terminate and restart?

Hi,

Do try to reboot and see if it would go back to where you had it rebooted but if not I would reset the Factory Reset. If all these will not work I would use the System Recovery disc that's from Dell that should take care of that problem right away.
