dell venue not responding to reset inatructions

I followed the reset instructions 3 tines and NO NADA ...OLA HELP WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ..

Here are some guide on how to reset your laptop back to factory if that's what you mean.

If all these will not work, that means your factory reset image is corrupted already and you'll need to order a factory reset disc from Dell.
