Dell Wifi Problem

First post so bear with me, I have a Dell Insperion 7577. Recently I had to reset the entire computer for an unknown reason, just got the black, back lit screen of death. It seemed to be recovered and healthy again but with one side affect, I can connect to my Wifi hot spot but my laptop is telling me I'm not. My phone will tell me I have the connection but the Wifi icon on the bottom right shows no connection. I'm even posting this ON the same connection. But it says "No Internet, Secured"
I did the Network reset but it changed nothing. I can even play some online games just fine but I try to download Adobe Creative Cloud products and i'm told I have no connection.
Any suggestions help, thank you!

Have you tried updating the drivers? Also have you tried completely forgetting the connection on both devices, restarting both devices and then restarting up the connection?
