Dell XPS 13 trackpad stopped working.

I did this thing called SYNREFLASH and the laptop trackpad stopped working. What is it and what did it do? Thanks!

Try installing the latest BIOS update, install the latest trackpad driver from the dell website and disable the "Intel Engine Management Interface" in the device manager.
it has been known to help this issue.
SYNREFLASH is an exe for the firmware associated with your synaptics touchpad.
