Dell XPS l702x - Blue Screens and horizontal colour lines

Morning all,

I'm having some issues with my Dell Xps laptop. I can't put my finger on the date it started but over the last month it has been blue screening a lot. Sometimes it will blue screen with the below stop errors preceded sometimes by the horizontal lines:

0x00000024 (ntfs.sys)
0x0000007E (dxgmms1.sys)
0x0000000A

These errors usually occur when either I'm running world of Warcraft, working on Photoshop or sometimes even if I'm running Firefox.

I've performed the following but to no avail:

Run scandisk - no errors
Run checkdisk - no errors
Run a mem test - no issues
De-fragged the hard drive
Updated the drivers
Updated antivirus /malware
Re-seated the ram
I've not cleaned the fan / vents with a air spray but msi afterburner shows it's not overheating

Failing a windows 7 re-install I'm running out of ideas and not sure whether to just take it into a repair shop! The one thing I wasn't sure of is whether there's a conflict with the graphics cards as it's showing drivers for both the nvidia and the standard one and as I'm not a techy as such I don't know whether to uninstall the driver for the standard one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
