Desktop 7.1 speaker query involving passive satellite speakers and an active sub.

Please advise on how to connect analogue 7.1 surround speakers (6 x passive which have bare wire ends and a standalone active sub) to my 7.1 desktop sound card which only has the usual 4 x 3.5 sockets.

I used to pride myself on my logic but I just cannot work this out.

I’m currently using an old amp but want to take this out of the chain.

Unless that active sub is also a crossover and an amp, you're out of luck.

The PC soundcard can't push those speakers.
There is no magic for this...it needs an amp of some sore.
