I have headphones with modmic + dac/amp, can u use all these together? Amp only has one input jack.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't the Modmic connect to the PC mic input and not to the DAC/amp.The DAC amp is connected with either USB or digital audio output. A sync problem is a possibility but not a connection problem.

That's right unless he has one of the few DAC/amps with mic support like the Mayflower ARC.
