Desktop question but no choice for that

I have an older desktop that is connected to the internet by cable. I also have a wifi router for other things. Can I connect my computer to the internet using just the wife? And not the hardwire? If this is too stupid a question please answer anyways - I am old and dumb 🙂

Yes you can connect through the wifi network, but you will need to attach a wifi card/dongle like these...

Get a card if you know how to install it. It will give you better connectivity. Or just get a USB dongle, should do the job for you.

if you are asking if you can use internet tirelessly with your computer then it is possible but only if your computer has a wireless network card. if not you can always pick up a cheap USB adapter that you can plug into one of the USB ports on your computer to allow this
